At Evolve Women’s Health we have introduced two new health services; Dietetics and Women’s Health Physio.
The introduction of these new services is part of our goal to provide you with holistic continuity of care in all areas of women’s health.
We welcome Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Kristine Gosden, and Dietician Leah Stjernqvist to our team. Dr Chettle has worked extensively with both Kristine and Leah and has complete trust in their clinical abilities. Kristine and Leah are both available now for bookings. About Kristine Gosden
Kristine Gosden is a fully qualified physiotherapist with special training in Women’s Health. Kristine completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at UQ in 2002 and has worked in the field for the past 17 years. Kristine specializes in pelvic floor health, incontinence issues, pelvic pain, osteoporosis, prolapse, abdominal wall, and breast care.
Kristine is a mum to two little boys and was inspired to work in the area after her own mum’s issues drew her curiosity. Kristine enjoys helping people and loves seeing the positive changes she is able to make to patient’s day to day lives.
About Leah Stjernqvist
Leah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over four years of private practice experience. Leah became interested in the areas of fertility and pregnancy nutrition after helping friends have healthy and happy babies. Leah is passionate about supporting women to take control of their health and has extensive experience in providing advice for conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, menopause and thyroid disorders. Leah supports a food first approach as she loves all aspects of food – researching recipes, collecting cookbooks, experiencing different cuisines, cooking and of course, eating. Leah endeavours to instil the confidence in each client to eat in a way that is not only enjoyable but complements their lifestyle, family needs and individual food preferences. You can expect Leah to develop recipes and meal plans with you, explain nutrition topics in easy to understand terms and encourage you to make small, ongoing changes to best support your health.

Leah completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Dietetics) at QUT in 2014 and is the owner of Balance Nutrition, a local women’s nutrition clinic. Leah is also available for appointments at Evolve Women’s Health on Mondays.
