During a hysteroscopy your Gynaecologist will examine the inside of the uterus (womb). The benefit of this procedure is that no cutting is required, and this procedure is undertaken as a day patient usually without anaesthetic.
This examination is often used for patients who suffer abnormal bleeding, fibroids, polyps or are having difficulty getting pregnant.
